Our format
The public tours are easy half-day walking routes through Hobart: one for food, one for pub history with Tasmanian beer, cider or wine. They are built for independent travellers who want to book a seat, meet a guide and get under the skin of the city without hiring a whole vehicle.
Private groups
The private side is wider: beer, old pubs, cool-climate wineries, whisky and spirits, Hobart food, markets, wedding weekends, conference groups, cruise visitors and bespoke southern Tasmanian days. We plan around the group rather than forcing everyone onto a fixed script.

The accreditations
We carry appropriate tour operator insurance and work with licensed venues for every alcoholic pour. Public tour bookings are handled through Dave's booking systems; private group tours are quoted by the sales team after we understand the brief.
